[Remote] Account Manager

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing established client accounts and developing long-term relationships while ensuring successful delivery of solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Managing established client accounts
  • Developing and maintaining new long-term relationships with clients
  • Understanding client needs
  • Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs
  • Identifying opportunities for growth within the account
  • Facilitating client onboarding
  • Coordinating with the project team to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations

Skills

  • Must live in the Washington DC Metropolitan Area
  • 2+ years of Cloud sales experience, preferably AWS
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in client account management and customer service
  • Possesses the ability to manage multiple clients concurrently
  • Understanding of AI, ML, Data Management, Cloud Migrations, and Application Development
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to understand client needs and propose relevant solutions
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in the technology or cloud services industry is a plus
