[Remote] Account Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Rentvine is the fastest-growing property management software company in the industry, and they are seeking a high-performing Account Manager to join their sales team. This role involves building relationships with existing customers, managing an expansion sales pipeline, and ensuring customer success through strategic account management.

Responsibilities

  • Drive expansion sales growth as well as account health and strong retention in your dedicated territory book of business
  • Conduct tailored account reviews to understand client needs and align our software as the best fit solution to their operations
  • You rely heavily on product usage reporting and account behavior to identify areas of both growth and risk in your accounts
  • Manage a pipeline of opportunities using a consultative sales approach from initial contact through contract close
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Support and Customer Success teams to ensure an effective customer journey
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and retention targets and KPIs
  • Keep CRM (e.g. HubSpot) updated with accurate opportunity details and client interactions
  • Stay up to date on product​​ enhancements, industry trends, and competitor activity

Skills

  • 2–5 years of experience in SaaS/software Account Management or Customer Success, with a focus on post-sale growth through cross-sell, upsell, and expansion (B2B preferred)
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth within existing accounts, including consistently exceeding expansion and retention targets
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills, with the ability to uncover customer needs and identify growth opportunities
  • Strong ability to understand technical products and translate their value to non-technical stakeholders, while monitoring account health and proactively addressing risks or opportunities
  • Proficient with CRM and customer engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight) to manage pipeline and customer activity
  • Highly self-motivated with strong time management and prioritization skills, especially in managing multiple accounts and initiatives concurrently
  • Solid understanding of SaaS metrics and business models (ARR, MRR, churn, NRR, LTV, etc.)
  • Willingness and ability to travel on a quarterly basis to represent Rentvine at industry events, trade shows, user conferences, and regional client meetings as required
  • Experience in the property management vertical is a plus, but not required
