Lewis Brisbois is an AmLaw 100 firm with a large team of attorneys and multiple practice areas, seeking a Practice Management Specialist. The role involves collecting, inputting, and updating data in databases to track litigation matters and ensuring compliance with client reporting guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Collects, inputs, and updates data in firmwide databases designed to track litigation matters from beginning to resolution
• Tracks and monitors compliance to client reporting guidelines
• Researching and compiling data for analysis
• Performing other duties in relationship to database querying and report generation

Skills

• Work experience in the legal environment and familiarity with the litigation process a plus
• Computer software experience and comfortable with database functionalities
• Familiarity with the Microsoft suite, especially Excel
• Strong organizational skills
• Highly detail-oriented
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Comfortable working independently and with a team
• Exceptional customer service skills and service-oriented mindset
