Power BI Developer - Remote, Denver, CO Duration: 6+ months Seeking for a Power BI Developer to contribute to our Business Intelligence Program. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in the following areas:

• Requirements Gathering:
• Collaborate with business and data analysts to understand requirements and objectives for reports and visualizations.
• Identify relevant data sources and attributes for use in models.
• Proficient in Excel, capable of complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Data Modeling:
• Design and document efficient data models to support business requirements.
• Deliver row and column-level security within Power BI semantic model.
• Establish reusable semantic data models in Power BI.
• Data Source Connectivity Setup:
• Connect to various data sources including APIs, SQL databases, and Excel files.
• Ensure seamless data extraction and transformation.
• DAX Formulas:
• Proficiency in writing DAX formulas, calculated columns, and measures.
• Report Creation:
• Design and develop interactive and visually appealing reports and dashboards.
• Optimize Power BI reports for performance.
• Power BI Service & Deployment:
• Publish reports to Power BI Service, manage access controls, and automate refresh schedules.
• AI Familiarity:
• Comfortable working with AI tools to enhance processes and optimize data analysis workflows.
• Collaboration & Communication Skills:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Present complex data insights to non-technical audiences effectively.
