The Payroll Coordinator is responsible for maintaining payroll documentation and procedures, capturing timecard entries, processing payroll transactions, and communicating effectively with both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Capture timecard entries for the weekly and biweekly employees
• Interpret payroll implications to process the proper pay transaction
• Perform an Audit review of New Hires, changes, and termination paperwork to coincide with the changes in Oracle
• Gather HR and Payroll documentation to save to our electronic employee folder
• Complete external Verification of Employment documents and government employee documentation
• Handle Income Withholding Order and Garnishments
• Promptly and effectively communicate with both internal and external customers
• Complete other duties as assigned

• Are proficient in Microsoft Office suites
