Part-Time Executive Assistants (Onsite, Hybrid & Virtual) Must Live in the United States

We are currently building our pipeline of talented part-time executive assistants to be ready for the needs of our clients. If you have the following skills, we'd like to talk to you! Do you have executive assistant skills that you’d like to utilize on a part-time basis? Are you attracted to the idea of supporting small businesses by assisting with their administrative needs? Are you drawn to the potential of having a flexible work schedule? TYPICAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage calendars and emails
• Arrange travel
• Organize meetings and events
• Process expense reports
• Assist with creating and editing emails, presentations, etc.
• Conduct general research

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of executive assistant experience
• Microsoft Office or Google Suite
• Strong written and verbal communication
• High level of attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Time management skills
• CRM experience preferred
