PART TIME CONSULT INTAKE SPECIALIST: $50.00 per hour

Our elite team of over 30 highly trained therapists—educated at top institutions specializes in a wide array of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, psychological assessments, family dynamics, relationship challenges, and academic or career-related concerns. We are seeking a strategic and personable intake booking consultant to act as the first point of contact for new clients and a key growth leader within the practice. This is a high-pressure, high-impact role with long-term leadership potential. You will own the day-to-day booking process, drive client engagement, and deliver a best-in-class experience across multiple touchpoints. This role requires you to be live on Zoom with the clinical, admin, and booking team at all times during working hours. You must be fully present and actively engaged with the patient coordination and administrative team, continuously troubleshooting, guiding, and ensuring that every client is placed with the right therapist. You will complete all client bookings and matching with administrative support. Over time, you will supervise and mentor a booking team while continuing to oversee every client intake and ensure alignment with our standards of clinical excellence, discretion, and efficiency. Please note: We do not provide extensive training. This role is suited only for candidates with direct experience in clinical intake, luxury hospitality, or C-suite-level business development.   • *Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of all therapists’ clinical specializations, theoretical orientations, populations served, and services offered. As our team grows, you will be expected to stay continuously updated on every clinician’s expertise. This knowledge will be assessed on an ongoing basis to ensure specialized care.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for new clients and oversee end-to-end process
  • Conduct 15-minute consults and determine appropriate therapist matches
  • Manage live booking operations and real-time coordination across the practice
  • Submit detailed explaining therapist-patient alignment based on non-clinical factors

Resolve issues related to schedule changes, therapist fit, and provide sliding scale options when appropriate and pre-approved Monitor therapist availability and caseload capacity to inform booking decisions Track and report daily operational metrics (e.g., response times, booking status, cancellations) to help ensure patients are placed efficiently and providers are not overextended

  • Work on Zoom throughout the day with the admin and leadership team
  • *Qualifications:**

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mental health, business development, communications, or related field (MBA preferred)

  • 5+ years of experience in booking, intake, or luxury client coordination
  • Demonstrated experience in high-pressure service settings and longevity in similar roles
  • Excellent communicator and calm under pressure
