They are seeking a Digital Sales Specialist to drive growth and engagement in the Ohio Valley territory by managing full-cycle sales and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive user acquisition by conducting full lifecycle sales activities, including prospecting, qualifying, presenting, and closing new business
• Partner closely with SprintRay’s channel sales teams to increase unit sales and enhance end-user conversion
• Lead virtual and in-person presentations to prospective users, dental groups, and KOLs
• Attend local and regional trade shows, study clubs, and customer meetings to expand market presence
• Execute strategic territory plans aligned with quarterly and annual sales goals
• Develop and implement regional sales and marketing strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Monitor regional market dynamics and competitor activity, reporting insights to sales leadership
• Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce) and manage administrative tasks such as expenses and meeting logs
• Foster long-term relationships with customers and channel partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and product adoption
• Demonstrate advanced aptitude and comfort level in selling digital technology solutions to dental professionals

Skills

• 3+ Years successful dental sales experience
• Strong relationships with dental distributors
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, strongly related experience required
• Dynamic presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Strong organizational capabilities
• Comfortable in virtual or in-person selling situations
• Experience using Salesforce (SFDC)
• Requires overnight travel 25% to 40%, depending on territory
• Good technical understanding of 3D printing and CAD CAM workflow
