Medical Writing Support CoordinatorThe Medical Writing Support Coordinator (MWSC) will provide support to Lead Medical Writers (LMWs) and management on Medical Writing Services (MWS) projects as appropriate, including administrative, filing and some document development support, if needed.Project FilingOrganize and track delivery of all project documents as required.Project related SupportAssist Medical Writers in all billable project-related tasks, as required. This includes assisting with client communication, set up and maintenance of project files and archiving.General Administrative SupportProvide administrative support, including coordination of meetings, recording and distribution of meeting minutes, photocopying, faxing, and maintenance of project trackers, as required.Document Development SupportOptional, for certain partnershipsPrepare QC source doc packages or SharePoint folder and schedule QC reviewsSupport MWs during document submission, including document development support and inspection readinessSkills:Conscientious, able to work with minimal supervision and accept work direction from Lead Medical Writers and MWS management.Aptitude for working with a variety of different software packagesAbility to handle matters of a confidential nature.Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.EducationNot specified but a primary degree, especially in health-related sciences, and/or an IT-related qualification would be an advantage.#LI-REMOTEEEO DisclaimerParexel is an equal opportunity employer.
