We are seeking a Paid Ads Specialist who will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across multiple paid media channels to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand awareness. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on campaign management and performance analysis to maximize return on investment and improve marketing effectiveness across global markets. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in performance marketing, deep platform expertise, and a highly analytical approach to decision-making. This role will partner closely with creative, brand, eCommerce, and business teams to deliver measurable results and scale digital growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

Paid Media Strategy & Campaign Execution

  • Develop and execute paid media strategies across digital channels aligned with business goals and growth objectives.
  • Build and manage campaigns across platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and other emerging channels.
  • Define channel-specific strategies and optimize campaign structures based on audience, market, and objective.
  • Adapt campaigns and media approaches across regional markets (e.g., North America and Europe).
  • Manage full campaign lifecycle, including planning, launch, testing, optimization, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Balance performance-driven initiatives with broader awareness and brand-building efforts.

Budget Management & Optimization

  • Own paid media budgets and allocation across channels and initiatives.
  • Monitor campaign spend and continuously optimize investment to improve efficiency and return.
  • Forecast campaign performance and identify opportunities to scale successful programs.
  • Recommend investment adjustments based on business priorities and performance insights.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators, including ROAS, CAC, CPA, conversion rates, traffic, and engagement metrics.
  • Translate campaign performance into actionable recommendations for marketing and leadership teams.
  • Monitor attribution and conversion trends to improve decision-making and campaign effectiveness.
  • Establish reporting cadences and dashboards to provide visibility into campaign outcomes and opportunities.

Creative & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Develop creative briefs and performance recommendations for internal creative and content teams.
  • Ensure campaign assets align with audience targeting, messaging strategy, and funnel objectives.
  • Partner cross-functionally with brand, eCommerce, and commercial teams to support launches and business priorities.
  • Stay current on platform capabilities, digital trends, and emerging paid media opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns with demonstrated business impact.
  • Hands-on experience with paid media platforms, including:
  • * Meta Ads Manager
  • TikTok Ads
  • Google Ads
  • YouTube Advertising
  • Experience with additional platforms such as X, Reddit, or other emerging channels preferred.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing principles, attribution models, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
  • Experience supporting eCommerce and customer acquisition initiatives.
  • Advanced analytical and reporting skills with the ability to translate data into recommendations and action.
  • Strong project management, prioritization, and communication skills.
