Job Summary MindCare Services is seeking compassionate and professional Online Psychology Counselors to provide remote therapy sessions to clients from diverse backgrounds. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about mental health, have strong communication skills, and can create a safe, confidential, and supportive environment for clients. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct online counseling and therapy sessions with clients via video, audio, or chat platforms.
• Assess client needs, develop treatment plans, and provide tailored interventions.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with professional and ethical standards.
• Offer crisis intervention and emotional support when necessary.
• Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and other professionals to enhance client care.
• Provide clients with coping strategies, resources, and follow-up support.
• Stay updated on best practices and developments in mental health care. Required Skills and Qualifications
• Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Clinical Social Work, or related field.
• Licensed or certified psychologist/counselor (depending on regional regulations).
• Strong interpersonal and empathetic listening skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Comfortable working with digital platforms for therapy delivery.
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical practice. Experience
• Minimum 1–2 years of clinical or counseling experience required.
• Experience in online counseling or teletherapy is highly desirable.
• Exposure to working with diverse client populations is an advantage. Working Hours
