Job Summary We are seeking passionate, dedicated, and highly motivated Online ESL Teachers to join our team at Progressive Technology. Key Responsibilities

• * Deliver engaging lessons to non-native English-speaking students via an online platform, ensuring lessons are tailored to each students proficiency level and learning needs.
• * Assess students progress regularly and provide constructive feedback on their language skills, including grammar, pronunciation, writing, speaking, and listening.
• * Create personalized lesson plans based on students goals and individual learning styles, incorporating interactive activities and relevant materials.
• * Promote active participation in lessons, encouraging students to engage in discussions, ask questions, and practice their English language skills.
• * Foster a positive learning environment by creating an atmosphere of trust and encouragement to boost student confidence in speaking English.
• * Track students performance and provide regular updates to parents or supervisors regarding progress.

• Required Skills and Qualifications
• * Bachelors degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or related field.
• * TESOL, TEFL, or CELTA certification is highly preferred.
• * Excellent command of the English language (native or near-native proficiency).
• * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students.
• * Patience, empathy, and cultural sensitivity, particularly when working with non-native speakers.
• * Proficiency in using online teaching platforms and digital tools such as Zoom, Skype, or similar software.
• * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• * Experience in teaching English as a second language is a plus but not required.
• Experience
• * At least 1-2 years of teaching experience, particularly in an online environment or with non-native English speakers, is preferred.
