That's why resilience is the cornerstone of the brand's DNA, and the fight against evil by creating the best security and automation devices is Ajax unwavering mission. \n Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to sell Ajax’s newly launched EN54 line for commercial fire applications in Egypt. Identify, evaluate, and onboard new Fire Installers across the region, ensuring coverage in key markets and verticals. Align with Consultants, Architects, Design companies in specifying ajax’s products. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Analyze market data to develop and execute effective sales strategies. Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously. Achievement of Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a quarterly and annual basis. Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in fire and life safety or a similar industry in Egypt. Strong technical knowledge of fire alarm certifications, standards, and market requirements. Well connected with top fire alarm Installers, Consultants, Architects and Design companies. Proven track record in leading the entire sales process, from identifying new business opportunities, developing proposals and presentations, negotiating, and closing deals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers, partners, and industry experts at an executive level. Strong analytical skills to analyze market trends, identify customer needs, and develop effective solutions. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
