Role Description This is a remote volunteer position for a Music Journalist at CROSSFADE MAGAZINE. The Music Journalist will research and write articles, reviews, and features that spotlight emerging and under-appreciated artists. Responsibilities will also include conducting interviews, staying informed on industry trends, and brainstorming creative concepts for engaging content. Collaboration with the editorial team is expected to produce high-quality and impactful work. Experience is not a must!!

Qualifications

• Strong background in Music Journalism and Journalism
• Proficiency in Writing, particularly in crafting compelling and engaging articles
• Knowledge and passion for Music, with an ability to analyze and critique diverse genres
• Experience or interest in contributing to Magazines or similar publication formats
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills
• Previous experience in music journalism or familiarity with underrepresented voices in the music industry is a plus
• A willingness to learn
