• Role Motion Designer

• Employment Type Full-time Compensation Competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range $65,000 – $105,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits. Role Overview We are hiring a Motion Designer to bring brand and product to life through animation. The role works across product UI motion, brand films, social, and ads — turning static design into stories that move.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce motion graphics for product, marketing, and brand
• Animate UI motion specs and partner with engineering on implementation
• Develop animation systems and reusable motion libraries
• Storyboard and collaborate with creative leads on briefs
• Sound design and basic editing for short-form video assets
• Maintain organised project files and asset libraries Required Skills and Qualifications
• 3+ years in motion design (in-house or agency)
• Mastery of After Effects; working knowledge of Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus
• Strong portfolio across brand, product, and ad motion
• Familiarity with Lottie and motion handoff for engineering
• Strong understanding of animation principles and timing
• Eye for typography and visual design fundamentals What You'll Bring
