Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns across digital and traditional channels
• Coordinate the production of marketing communications, including social media content, email campaigns, promotional materials, and website updates
• Manage project timelines, schedules, and workflows to ensure timely delivery of initiatives
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and recommend strategies
• Gather and analyze campaign performance data to inform future marketing activities
• Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and agencies to ensure materials align with brand standards and quality expectations
• Maintain the marketing calendar, schedule meetings, and provide administrative support to the marketing team
• Assist in budget tracking, expense monitoring, and ensuring cost-effectiveness of campaigns
• Support the marketing team in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• Fundamental understanding of marketing principles and strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
• Creative thinker with keen attention to detail
• Proficiency in AI-powered tools and platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, Copilot); ability to leverage AI to enhance content creation, campaign optimization, and workflow efficiency
