Additionally, you will enable Marketing-wide change capability through your involvement in multiple projects across the organization and with outside business partners.100% Remote - Candidates MUST to be located in the Austin, TX, Westlake, TX or Omaha, NE area for onsite meetings. Responsibilities:Leading change management efforts for cross-functional, organization-wide initiatives.Building change management strategies that help guide and support people through the change process, including impact analysis, readiness assessment, and sponsor roadmaps.Driving the design, development, delivery and management of change communications and training.Cultivating trusted advisor relationships with project team members, center of excellence partners, stakeholders, and key leaders to influence change efforts and drive business outcomes.Identify KPI and success measures, driving sustainable change.Drive simplicity and scale to increase efficiencies and improve processes to help drive sustainable and transformative change.
