Logistics Specialist Your role will focus on supporting the day-to-day execution of our shipping and order management operations. You will play a critical role in ensuring orders are scheduled, shipped, and closed out accurately and on time. This position works closely with Sales, Warehouse, Customer Support, Accounting, and external carrier partners to maintain strong cross-functional communication and operational flow. A typical day may include coordinating carrier pickups, following up on open shipments, managing shared inbox inquiries, resolving claims, and proactively identifying issues before they escalate. You will gain exposure to the full order lifecycle — from order release to final delivery — while developing strong operational, communication, and problem-solving skills. This is a great role for someone with 1–3 years of experience in logistics, operations, or customer service who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
