Position Overview We are hiring experienced sales professionals and motivated individuals (licensed or willing to become licensed) to join our team as Life Insurance Sales Representatives. This is a full-time, performance-driven role where you will work directly with clients, present solutions, and close policies — often in a same-day or short-cycle sales process. • Meet with clients (virtually or in-person) to assess life insurance needs
• Present and close fast, transactional life insurance solutions
• Manage your pipeline and follow-ups to maximize production
• Build referral networks and generate consistent opportunities
• Track performance and maintain daily activity goals
• Continuously improve through training and mentorship

Qualifications

• Active Life & Health Insurance License OR willingness to obtain (we guide you)
• Proven sales experience preferred (insurance, D2D, solar, or high-ticket sales is a plus)
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Comfortable in a commission-only environment

Compensation

• 100% commission (1099) — uncapped income potential
