Compensation

• Base Salary: $42,000 annually
• Compensation: $80,000 – $100,000+ annually (Average Commissions)
• Top Producers: $165,000+ annually

Remote Sales Role — Built for Proactive Closers

We’re seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent (Property & Casualty) who takes initiative, stays active in the pipeline, and confidently turns opportunities into closed business. This role is ideal for experienced agency producers who are comfortable working leads, re-engaging prior opportunities, and maintaining strong follow-up to drive consistent results. You’ll have the tools and support needed to stay productive, while your success is driven by your activity, urgency, and ability to close. This is a great role for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and wants the ability to directly impact their income through performance. Schedule

• 100% remote
• Monday–Friday
• 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (PST)
• No weekends

What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound & outbound insurance leads
• Quote, sell, and bind auto and home (P&C) insurance policies
• Follow up with leads and manage an active pipeline
• Work within a structured CRM-based sales process
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals

Ideal Background This role is a strong fit if you have experience in:

• Exclusive Agency Environment
• High-volume outbound insurance sales roles
• Internet leads, live transfers, win backs, direct mailers, requotes, and x-dates

Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License
• 6+ months of insurance sales experience
• Experience working with sales quotas and structured processes
• Strong phone communication and closing ability
• Comfortable in a performance-driven sales environment
• Reliable internet and dedicated remote workspace
