The California Department of Public Health (CDPH) is dedicated to advancing the health and well-being of California’s diverse communities. They are seeking an Exam Analyst to provide exam services, conduct eligibility determinations, and develop examinations that meet state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provides exam services for the Department, including administering CDPH exams
• Conducting minimum qualification eligibility determinations
• Completing job analysis reports
• Responding to SPB appeals
• Reviews and analyzes department specific classifications to develop and process examinations that conform to the California Department of Human Resources (CalHR) and State Personnel Board (SPB) guidelines on employee Selection and adhere to State laws and rules
