We are seeking a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW-C) to join our team and play a crucial role in advancing the mental health and well-being of our community. As an integral member of our organization, you will contribute to the overall success of West Cecil Health Center by providing compassionate and effective social work services.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Expertise: Deliver services within the scope of practice accepted for a Licensed Certified Social Worker. Assess the psychosocial needs, strengths, and support networks of patients facing mental, behavioral, and emotional challenges. Community Engagement Serve as a liaison to the behavioral health community, fostering positive relationships. Promote the health center to various constituents, aligning with our mission and values. Patient-Centered Care Develop care plans and treatment goals in collaboration with patients. Advocate for patients, establishing a supportive rapport to enhance their overall well-being. Therapeutic Support Provide individual and group therapy to address patients' unique needs. Assist Primary Care Physicians in addressing patient behavioral health concerns. Strategic Contribution Support West Cecil Health Center in identifying and pursuing grant and funding opportunities. Contribute to the expansion of the center's capacity to meet the diverse health needs of the community.

Qualifications

Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW-C) in accordance with state regulations. Demonstrated experience in assessing and addressing psychosocial needs. Strong interpersonal and advocacy skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
