Our client is seeking an elite Lead Blockchain Developer specializing in Smart Contracts to join their innovative and fully remote team. Key responsibilities include writing clean, well-documented, and thoroughly tested smart contract code, conducting security audits to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities, and optimizing contract performance. You will collaborate closely with product managers, cryptographers, and front-end developers to integrate smart contracts into broader decentralized applications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of blockchain architecture, consensus mechanisms, and cryptographic principles. Proven experience in developing and deploying production-ready smart contracts using languages like Solidity, Vyper, or Rust is essential. Experience with EVM-compatible chains, Layer 2 scaling solutions, and DeFi protocols is highly desirable. This role requires exceptional problem-solving skills, a strong sense of ownership, and a passion for staying at the forefront of blockchain technology. A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years focused specifically on blockchain and smart contract development, is required.
