Remote · United Kingdom Full-time

About Patrianna Patrianna is a fast-scaling product development company headquartered in Gibraltar, with a dynamic, global team powering our growth. We operate at the intersection of technology and entertainment, building innovative solutions that shape the future of social gaming and deliver outstanding experiences to millions of players worldwide. We’re driven by speed, ambition, and bold ideas. At our core, we’re product creators and problem-solvers who thrive in a high-performance environment. We’re looking for exceptional talent—smart, adaptable, and motivated individuals eager to make an impact, scale business functions at pace, and continuously improve. AI-Driven Engineering Culture We are actively building an AI-driven engineering organization with a clear and deliberate stance: artificial intelligence is a core part of how we build and deliver software — not an experiment, not a trend, and not an optional add-on. AI is embedded into our engineering workflows, from system design and prototyping to refactoring, testing, and code review. We rely on AI to significantly influence how work is done and to accelerate delivery, while maintaining a high bar for code quality, system reliability, and architectural clarity. We expect engineers to be fully comfortable working in AI-driven environments and to treat AI as a primary productivity multiplier. Preference for AI-free workflows or resistance to AI-assisted development is NOT aligned with how we operate. Strong engineering judgment, architectural ownership, and accountability remain essential. AI amplifies our engineers — it does not replace responsibility for technical decisions. The Role You’ll be the quality guardian of our social gaming platform, ensuring millions of players worldwide experience flawless gameplay through rigorous testing and quality assurance. What you will be doing

  • Perform regression, smoke, and sanity testing across web and mobile applications serving up to 150 million customers
  • Take part in functional testing of cross-team global changes
  • Create detailed bug reports and communicate with third-party vendors to resolve issues
  • Monitor system alerts and validate fixes, ensuring seamless platform performance
  • Run automation tests and analyze results to maintain our commitment to high-quality code
  • Conduct cross-browser mobile web testing using industry-standard tools and methodologies

What we are looking for

  • Solid foundation in Quality Assurance with strong understanding of software testing theory and methodologies
  • Hands-on experience with testing methods, test design techniques, and technical specifications
  • Proficiency with task management systems (Jira), test management tools (Testmo, TestRail), and testing tools (DevTools, Postman)
  • Basic SQL skills for database queries and understanding of client-server architecture
  • Cross-browser mobile web testing experience with exceptional attention to detail
  • Upper-intermediate English level with strong communication skills and comfort handling repetitive tasks while showing growth potential

Bonus points for:

  • Experience in using tools: Sentry, Kibana, Grafana
  • Experience in gaming/gambling domain

Why you will love it You’ll work in a high-pace, high-growth environment where your code directly impacts millions of users globally. Enjoy full remote flexibility, generous leave policy, and the chance to shape cutting-edge fintech solutions in social gaming. Plus, you’ll be part of a collaborative, ego-free team where your ideas matter and continuous learning is part of the culture.
