Job Description

Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and demand letters Conduct legal research and case strategy development Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and internal legal teams Manage an active caseload in a fast-paced litigation environment For senior associates, mentor junior attorneys and gradually lead case teams

Qualifications

Juris Doctor from an accredited law school Active and in-good-standing California Bar license 1+ years of litigation experience (plaintiff or defense) Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills Confident verbal communication and client-facing ability Lemon law or personal injury exposure is a plus Bilingual skills, especially Spanish, are a plus Why You Will Love Working Here You'll be trusted early, supported by experienced litigators, and given room to grow quickly.
