HubSpot CRM Manager

Remote · Portugal Full-time

At SureCo, we pride ourselves on being a customer service-driven organization dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of working Americans through innovative healthcare solutions. Established in 2016, SureCo has been at the forefront of leveraging the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA) to provide quality, affordable healthcare options. Our commitment to driving change in the healthcare industry is reflected in our advanced Enrollment Platform, which offers access to over 5,000 health plan options from 140+ carriers. As we continue to grow and expand our services, we are hiring a HubSpot CRM Manager who will play a pivotal role in our ongoing success. Our platform helps employers control costs while giving employees real choice in healthcare coverage. As we scale, having clean systems and trusted data is critical — and HubSpot sits at the center of that engine. Position Summary: SureCo is seeking a dynamic, seasoned HubSpot CRM Manager to own how our Sales and Operations teams work inside HubSpot. This role is responsible for the architecture, automation, and reliability of HubSpot — ensuring clean data, clear processes, and workflows that scale as the business grows. You’ll work closely with Sales, Account Management, and Operations, with secondary support for Marketing (lists and light CMS updates). This is a hands-on systems role with real ownership — not a ticket-based admin position. Responsibilities:

  • Own how HubSpot is used day to day across the business.
  • Maintain core CRM structure, including objects, properties, pipelines, lifecycle stages, and associations
  • Design and maintain workflows and automation that reflect real business processes
  • Build scalable automation using standard workflows and, when needed, coded workflows
  • Partner cross-functionally to translate operational needs into practical CRM solutions
  • Keep CRM data clean, consistent, and ready for reliable reporting
  • Create and maintain CRM documentation and SOPs
  • Support CRM training and enablement for end users
  • Build lists and segmentation to support Marketing initiatives
  • Make light HubSpot CMS or website updates as needed, such as copy changes or small tweaks

What We Are Looking For: Must-Haves:

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on HubSpot CRM experience (HubSpot expertise is required — Salesforce-only backgrounds are not a fit)
  • Strong experience supporting Sales and Operations teams
  • Deep familiarity with workflows, automation, and lifecycle design
  • Process-driven, systems-minded, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and explaining technical changes clearly

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with coded workflows
  • Experience scaling or cleaning up a CRM in a growth-stage company
  • Familiarity with sales activity tracking or prospecting tools (e.g., Apollo)
  • Light HubSpot CMS or HTML/CSS experience
  • HealthTech, Insurance, or complex B2B experience

What We Offer

  • Compensation: Annual base salary of $105,000+, based on experience.
  • Bonus: 10–15% annual performance bonus
  • Benefits: Health coverage via ICHRA, 401(k), and standard benefits
  • Real ownership and autonomy — this role owns how Sales and Ops work in HubSpot
  • High-impact work that affects teams every day
  • Direct partnership with leadership who values judgment over micromanagement
  • Remote-first, outcome-driven culture
  • Mission-driven company improving access to healthcare

Our business is fast-paced and will continue to evolve. As such, the duties and responsibilities of this role may be changed as directed by the Company at any time to promote and support our business needs. Join us at SureCo and be a part of a team that is making a difference in the healthcare industry. Your dedication and expertise will help us continue to provide exceptional service and innovative solutions for our customers. Apply To this Job Company : SureCo Salary : 105K a year
