Job Title: HR Manager Employment Type: PH Full time (Remote) Years of Experience: At least 8 years Working Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PT/US business hours) - might vary Budget: Php 80-150K HR Manager (BPO Industry) We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead and oversee our human resources operations. The ideal candidate has a strong background in the BPO industry, extensive HR management experience, and the ability to support a fast-paced, multicultural work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily HR operations including employee relations, performance management, compliance, and policy implementation Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with company goals Manage employee onboarding, engagement, retention, and disciplinary processes Ensure compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and company policies Handle compensation and benefits administration Oversee payroll processing and HR documentation Coordinate and support tax-related filings and government compliance requirements; experience dealing with the tax bureau is highly preferred Partner with leadership and department managers regarding workforce planning and organizational development Support recruitment initiatives for key positions when necessary Maintain and improve HR systems, processes, and reporting Foster a positive, professional, and inclusive workplace culture

Qualifications

Minimum of 8+ years of Human Resources experience Previous experience working in a BPO company is required Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, compliance, and employee relations Experience handling payroll, tax filings, and government compliance is a strong advantage Proven experience managing HR operations independently Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Experience managing multicultural and diverse employees or global teams is a strong plus Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone professional, hands-on, and people-oriented who can effectively manage HR operations while supporting a diverse and dynamic workforce.
