[Hiring] Workforce Management Implementation Consultant @Align HCM

Role Description If you enjoy figuring out timekeeping rules, schedules, and system configurations — and making them actually work — this role might be for you. We’re looking for a Workforce Management Implementation Consultant to help implement and configure Workforce Management systems like UKG, Dayforce, and other WFM solutions for our clients. You’ll be involved in projects from requirements gathering and configuration to testing and go-live, working closely with clients and project teams to deliver successful implementations. If you like problem-solving, system configuration, client collaboration, and implementation projects where no two days are the same, you’ll probably enjoy this role. What You’ll Do

  • Participate in the implementation and configuration of Workforce Management solutions such as UKG, Dayforce, and other WFM platforms
  • Support end-to-end implementation activities including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and go-live support
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into system configuration and functional solutions
  • Configure Workforce Management modules such as Timekeeping, Accruals, Personas, and Business Structure
  • Contribute to requirements documentation, functional design, and testing activities
  • Troubleshoot system and integration-related issues during implementation and testing phases
  • Work within a project team across multiple workstreams and collaborate with project managers, consultants, and technical teams
  • Manage multiple client engagements concurrently in a consulting environment
  • Provide best practice recommendations and functional guidance to clients
  • Participate in client meetings, workshops, and implementation discussions
  • Maintain product knowledge and participate in ongoing training and certification programs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Human Resources, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience implementing or supporting Workforce Management or Time & Attendance systems
  • Experience working with Workforce Management platforms such as UKG, Dayforce, ADP, Infor WFM, Workforce Software, or similar
  • Experience in system configuration, testing, and go-live support for Workforce Management implementations
  • Experience configuring Timekeeping, Accruals, Personas, or Business Structure modules
  • Client-facing implementation or consulting experience
  • Experience leading a module, workstream, or portion of an implementation
  • Ability to work within a project team across multiple workstreams and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing project needs
  • Willingness to participate in product training and certification programs

Requirements

  • Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment (Nice to Have)
  • Vendor certification (UKG, Dayforce, ADP, etc.) (Nice to Have)
  • Experience working with North America clients (Nice to Have)
  • Experience supporting integrations or troubleshooting system issues (Nice to Have)
  • Experience mentoring junior consultants (Nice to Have)

Schedule This is an overnight role (PH time) working Monday–Friday during Eastern Time Zone business hours (PHT –12 hours). No weekends or overtime required.
