Growth Marketing Director (Healthcare / Paid Ads / SEO) – Remote, Part-Time Renew Ketamine Infusion is looking for a creative, analytical, and highly capable Growth Marketing Director to take complete ownership of our marketing efforts. We are a growing ketamine infusion clinic seeking someone who can personally run, optimize, and scale our marketing engine in-house. We are currently advertising across light SEO, Meta and Google and are looking to move away from outside agencies. We want someone experienced enough to confidently step in, take over the day-to-day execution, improve performance, and help drive meaningful patient growth. This is a hands-on execution role — not simply strategy, coordination, or agency oversight.

• we are looking for someone to work exclusively for Renew and grow with us into a full-time position, NOT for someone who works for an agency who wants to help us with marketing.

Remote / Work From Home — Part-Time (initially, with opportunity for growth) What You’ll Own

• Personally manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
• Own campaign strategy, setup, testing, optimization, reporting, and ongoing performance improvement
• Create and manage marketing content, ad creative, messaging, and campaign copy
• Develop and improve patient acquisition funnels and conversion strategy
• Analyze campaign data, KPIs, CPL, ROI, and lead performance
• Help develop and organize provider outreach / referral marketing efforts to grow clinical referrals
• Create fresh content and growth initiatives across digital channels
• Identify new opportunities to improve visibility, conversion, patient growth, and brand awareness
• Operate as our internal marketing lead and trusted growth partner

What We're Looking For

Must Have:

• Strong hands-on experience running Meta Ads + Google Ads
• Ability to independently manage advertising campaigns end-to-end
• Proven experience improving campaign performance and lead generation
• Experience with SEO, including keyword strategy, local SEO, content optimization, and improving organic search visibility.
• Strong creative instincts, copywriting ability, and marketing judgment
• Analytical mindset with confidence reviewing metrics and making optimization decisions
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment
• Organized, proactive, and able to take full ownership

Strongly Preferred

• Healthcare, wellness, medical, or mental health marketing experience
• Experience marketing high-consideration healthcare services
• Experience with provider referral growth or physician outreach
• Familiarity with CRM systems, funnels, landing pages, conversion tracking, and marketing automation
• Experience working with founder-led businesses or growing brands

Compensation

Part-Time | Remote Compensation: Approximately $50–90+/hour DOE (Open to discussing alternative compensation structures for highly qualified candidates.)
