Skills

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience
• Prior experience recruiting within AI, machine learning, or data-driven organizations is required
• Strong sourcing skills with experience identifying and engaging passive candidates
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth organizations is preferred
