Graduate Trainee - Marketing Analyst

As a Graduate Trainee Marketing Analyst, you will gain hands-on experience in market research, data analysis, campaign performance tracking, and strategic marketing planning. You will work closely with experienced marketing professionals to support a diverse range of clients across various industries. Key responsibilities will include: Assisting in the development and execution of market research projects to identify consumer trends and competitive landscapes. Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing marketing data from various sources, including digital campaigns, social media, and website analytics. Generating regular reports and dashboards to track campaign performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and ROI. Supporting the creation of data-driven marketing strategies and recommendations for clients. Conducting competitive analysis and identifying opportunities for client growth. Assisting with the monitoring and optimization of digital advertising campaigns (e.g., SEM, social media ads). Collaborating with creative and account management teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with client objectives. Learning and utilizing various marketing analytics tools and platforms. Contributing to team meetings and brainstorming sessions, offering fresh perspectives and insights. Developing a strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices. Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Communications, or a related field obtained within the last two years. A strong academic record and demonstrated interest in marketing and data analysis. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. Familiarity with social media platforms and basic understanding of digital marketing concepts is beneficial. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Eagerness to learn, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
