This is a remote position. Visual Marketing Australia (VMA) is seeking an experienced Google Ads & Lead Generation Specialist to manage and optimise both our internal marketing campaigns and a portfolio of client accounts. We are looking for a results-driven professional with a strong understanding of Google Ads, conversion tracking, analytics, and lead generation strategies. This role is ideal for someone who can not only drive traffic but also generate high-quality leads and measurable ROI. Requirements ✔ Current Google Ads Certification (Essential) ✔ Strong experience with Google Ads Search, Performance Max & Remarketing Campaigns ✔ Advanced knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) ✔ Experience implementing conversion tracking, enhanced conversions, call tracking and event tracking ✔ Proven lead generation and campaign optimisation experience ✔ Excellent written and verbal English communication skills ✔ Ability to manage multiple client accounts and provide performance reporting ✔ Meta Ads experience highly desirable Desirable Skills: Meta Ads Manager, Pixel & Conversion API Landing page optimisation CRM integration experience Agency experience
