• GCP VMs - Machine Image ( RHEL ), Security Hardening
• GCP VMs - BlueCat DNS
• GKE - Cloud Runs vs GKE. Operationalize GKE ( Internal vs External )
• Palos - Review Current sizing and Increase capacity size as needed
• Google - Security Remediation based on Priority(High,Medium,Low). Start with non-prod and expand to prod
• Enable VPC SC across all projects
• Migrate GCP Jenkins CI/CD pipelines to ROSA, Ensure CI/CD pipelines has a validation of the cloud run
• Cloud Run ( Blue Green ) design and deployment
• Deploy Rubrik CyberVault nodes and enable backup. GCP Regions. Backups must replicate cross regions.
• GCP Cross-Cloud Interconnect
• GCP NCC
• Shared VPCs migration to the new scalable model
• Rehearse new LandingZone deployment
• Backstage - Enable 5 GCP services as self-services by 06/30, including IAM Roles, SAs etc
• Dyntrace - Enable it across all cloud logging, cloud monitoring, review thresholds
• GEMINI LLM - Enable Caching
• Deploy Portkey on GKE in GCP
