As a Senior Sales Representative, you will transition from a traditional salesperson to a trusted clinical advisor, partnering with surgeons and healthcare professionals to deliver state-of-the-art medical solutions. This role will report to the Accelerated Technologies Business Leader for Romania and Moldova and will require 60-70% of traveling across the area of responsibility: Romania (direct business model) & Moldova (channel partners). Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Promotes and sells Medtronic's Gastrointestinal & Hepatology (GIH) products and services, identifying high value leads and driving the full sales cycle Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including healthcare professionals, hospital administrators, and procurement departments Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services (including technical support) to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's GIH products and/or services Promotes and establishes education of the GIH products and/or services in collaboration with Training & Education team Conducts market research including customers and competitors’ activities Implements market development plans/strategies and changes as required while supporting market access initiatives Reports daily customer interactions, monthly sales opportunities, and quarterly account plans via our customer relationship management platform. Required Knowledge and Experience: Minimum 5 years in relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medical technology, or healthcare Deep understanding of hospital ecosystems Solid job skills in business planning, reimbursement climate, communication and negotiation Ability to follow work processes to ensure high quality of the daily activity in accordance with internal rules and procedures Fluent in Romanian and English A valid driving licence and willingness to travel within the region.
