The successful candidate will work closely with the Program Manager to drive planning, coordination, governance, and delivery across multiple HR functional workstreams. This role requires strong experience delivering enterprise-scale HR transformation initiatives, with mandatory expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM environments.

Monitor execution risks and recommend corrective actions. Ensure strategic decisions are translated into executable work plans. Required Experience & Skills 8–12+ years of Project Management or Program Delivery experience. Proven experience managing large-scale HR transformation programs. Experience leading multi-workstream enterprise initiatives. Strong understanding of HR operating models and processes. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
