We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive recruiter to assist us as we prepare for the summer tourism season that begins with Memorial Day weekend. This is an independent contractor remote position. Applicants must be fluent in English. Job Responsibilities - What You'll Do: You will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent. Your responsibilities will include: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and overseeing offer negotiations. Source and screen candidates via resume evaluations, phone screenings, and virtual interviews to ensure the best fit for each role. Leverage social media and job boards to increase brand visibility and connect with qualified candidates. Qualifications - What You Bring: The ideal Contract Recruiter will have a strong background in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR. You should be an excellent communicator, problem-solver, and highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR staffing.
