About the Role

We are a stealth-mode startup currently building our MVP. We are looking for a Founder Associate to work directly alongside the founder on team building, fundraising preparation, and day-to-day operations. This is a ground-floor opportunity for someone who wants real ownership and a direct path to becoming a co-founder.

What You'll Do

• Help identify, screen, and coordinate with potential co-founders and early team members
• Support fundraising preparation (e.g., pitch decks, investor research, and outreach planning)
• Support internal operations and structuring as the company takes shape
• Act as a close execution and strategy partner to the founder in an ambiguous, early-stage environment
