What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide analytical, research, and assessment support for the development and enhancement of Financial Crime Risk Management (FCRM) programs
- Conduct enhanced due diligence (EDD) reviews for high-risk customers in compliance with KYC policy and regulations
- Analyze data and emerging trends to meet program health reporting requirements and recommend improvements
- Coordinate requests and communication between FCRM partners and management
- Maintain a culture of risk management and ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant role
- Strong understanding of AML, KYC, and EDD processes and regulations
- Exceptional analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- ACAMS certification
- 1-2 years of experience specifically in an AML, KYC, EDD, or CDD role
- Familiarity with regulatory changes and trends in financial crime risk management
- Experience in providing guidance and support to teams
- Strong communication and presentation skills
