Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and fast-learning Fare Search Specialist to join our growing airfare operations team. This role is focused on supporting travel agent teams through high-quality itinerary research, fare construction, and pricing support. You will work closely with senior fare experts and learn how international airline pricing, routing, and margin generation work in practice. This is a hands-on role with a strong learning component. Over time, the position can evolve into more advanced pricing, fare strategy, and systems-oriented responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Search and build flight itineraries for travel agents and clients. Support the travel agent team with pricing and routing research. Learn and apply advanced fare construction techniques. Work with different airline combinations, routings, and pricing structures. Assist with identifying better pricing opportunities and routing alternatives. Maintain speed and accuracy while handling incoming requests. Collaborate with senior fare experts on complex itineraries and pricing cases. Help document successful pricing patterns and internal best practices. Contribute to improving workflows and operational efficiency over time. Previous experience in travel, airline ticketing, or customer support, Familiarity with GDS systems, Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills, Interest in pricing, operations, or automation.
