• Performs more complex data management tasks, including the acquisition, processing, integration, and cleaning of large data sets from multiple sources, enhancing the organization's ability to make strategic decisions through improved data quality and accessibility, focusing on multiple business units or areas
• Develops and maintains the complex and detailed data dashboards and reports independently, utilizing a range of cutting-edge tools to automate data collection and generate sophisticated reports. Significantly advances the development and efficiency of analytical processes, ensuring that complex data insights are effectively presented across the organization
• Performs complex data investigations and analysis, identifying trends and variances that support the organization’s strategic initiatives on a larger scale. Manages intricate data mining, validation, and reconciliation tasks to ensure accuracy and consistency in data reports, working with multiple business areas
• Delivers complex business intelligence projects and change management initiatives, providing critical support within assigned areas to better align with organizational strategies. Leads the implementation of new analytics tools and techniques across diverse areas
• Acts as data intelligence partner for business leaders. Utilizes specialist knowledge in data visualization to influence strategic decisions
• Leads and continuously develops and shares specialist knowledge on emerging trends and changes in data analytics and business intelligence, actively participating in strategic, forward-looking projects across the organization. This includes creating more complex reporting solutions and improvement proposals that increase the quality and uniformity of reporting
• Develops and implements the modernization and automation of departmental reporting capabilities, enhancing reporting quality and consistency on an advanced scale
