Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to live chat messages on a business's website, providing timely and accurate assistance to customers

• Answer customer questions, provide sales links, and offer discounts to help drive sales and revenue growth
• Utilize the Squarespace platform and social media to engage with customers and resolve issues
• Work independently to manage multiple chat sessions and prioritize tasks effectively
• Collaborate with our team to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty

Essential Qualifications:

* Friendly and approachable demeanor, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
• Proficiency in using social media and website chat functions
• Reliable internet connection and device (phone, tablet, or laptop) to access chat platforms
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
