About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our data analysis team, you'll be responsible for running exploratory data analysis to identify novel ideas and opportunities, planning and running A/B tests of our latest suggestion algorithms, and proactively monitoring our suggestion models to identify potential issues. You'll also be responsible for assembling new tools that enable us to be more efficient and productive, working closely with our product, design, and AI partners, and conveying key insights and suggestions to cross-functional leaders across the organization.

Responsibilities

* Run unconditional exploratory data analysis to identify novel ideas and opportunities

• Plan and run A/B tests of our latest suggestion algorithms
• Proactively monitor our suggestion models to identify potential issues, determine underlying drivers, and resolve
• Assemble new tools that enable us to be more efficient and productive
• Work closely and build effective relationships with our product, design, and AI partners
• Convey key insights and suggestions to cross-functional leaders across the organization

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics)

• Top-to-bottom experience in SQL (full capabilities, query optimization, stored procedures, string parsing, Vertica/Hive/Voila/Flash, etc.)
• Top-to-bottom experience in Python and Python libraries (Jupyter notebook, capabilities, pandas, scikit-learn, matplotlib, etc.)
• Experience with trial planning (A/B tests) and statistical analysis to drive business decisions, highly preferred
• Experience with AI algorithms/methods (decision trees, random forests, deep learning, etc.) within a business setting, highly preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative attitude
• Ability to work collaboratively and proactively with partners
• Demonstrated history of taking ownership and driving results
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong business acumen, scientific skills, and technical capabilities alongside critical thinking skills
