Position Overview

As an Entry-Level Data Entry Coordinator at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes. You'll work under the supervision of our Data Management team and help maintain our internal systems, databases, and files. This is a remote, part-time position that offers flexible hours and a competitive hourly pay based on experience.

Key Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Data Entry Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Entering and updating data into internal systems with accuracy and efficiency
  • Organizing and maintaining databases and files
  • Verifying and reviewing data for errors or inconsistencies
  • Assisting with data cleanup and ensuring data quality standards are met
  • Supporting team members with ad hoc administrative tasks
  • Communicating effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow

Preferred Skills (Not Required)

While not required, having the following skills will be beneficial in this role:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Basic understanding of database management
