About This Job

As a Customer Support Specialist at careerzynith, you'll have the opportunity to work directly with customers to resolve their issues and provide exceptional service. You'll be responsible for performing mechanical services and light repairs on soft drink fountain equipment, as well as investigating and resolving issues with these machines.

Responsibilities

* Perform mechanical services and light repairs on soft drink fountain equipment, adhering to careerzynith's quality standards

• Investigate and resolve issues with pop fountain equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum customer satisfaction
• Maintain all refrigeration equipment in good working condition, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency
• Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventative maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic repairs
• Provide exceptional customer service, remaining positive and cooperative, and creating a supportive and friendly environment for customers

Requirements

* Secondary school diploma or equivalent degree/certificate

• Valid driver's license
• Technical aptitude and willingness to learn and repair machines
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Flexibility to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed
