Experienced Customer Service Representative – After-Hours Division – Remote EST Working Hours

Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our after-hours team, working remotely from the comfort of your own home. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and customers, resolving queries, and ensuring timely responses to all incoming calls and texts. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative with careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering all incoming calls and resolving client and nurse queries within the scope of after-hours
  • Providing timely responses to queries that come in via the texting platform
  • Notifying clients and replacing caregiver callouts as necessary
  • Confirming caregivers 1-2 hours before shift start
  • Performing initial intake for callers potentially interested in services
  • Documenting all scenarios on our platform, as well as updating caregiver schedules as needed
  • Completing non-urgent admin projects

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Fluency in English
  • Compassionate and confident communication skills
  • Responsible and reliable work ethic
  • Customer service working experience
  • Adaptable and flexible regarding work hours
  • Impeccable phone and computer skills
  • Staffing and/or healthcare experience will be an added benefit

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in using technology, including CRM systems and communication platforms

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service, staffing, or healthcare

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
