The Role

As an Experienced Customer Service Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
• Updating customer information and order status in our order system
• Reviewing dashboards for alerts and taking proactive steps to resolve issues
• Escalating unresolved issues to senior team members and stakeholders
• Performing resolution procedures outlined in our static help file
• Investigating rules engine failures and determining appropriate courses of action
• Maintaining client/customer criteria for handling orders
• Updating and maintaining current information on prices and ensuring Sales Data Coordinator is notified in a timely manner
• Filing documents according to careerzynith policy
• Maintaining excellent working relationships with customers, clients, and co-workers
• Assisting with Customer Replenishment (CRP/VMI) as needed, including maintaining inventory data, entering orders in Becton Schantz, and managing CRP order process through delivery

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• An associate degree or formal customer service training is preferred
• Two years of business process solutions, customer service, and/or administrative experience
• One year of food broker experience is preferred
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and administrative skills
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Proficiency in data/order entry and software
• Possession of Becton System technical skills
• Ability to type a minimum of 60 wpm
