Job Summary

As a Customer Care Agent at careerzynith, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients over the phone, on live chat, and through email. You will be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are ever the same. You will have the opportunity to create raving fans for careerzynith every single day, and to contribute to the growth and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients over the phone, on live chat, and through email

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work independently to solve unique problems and think outside the box to come up with new ideas for the good of the whole company
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets

Schedule and Benefits

* 10-hour shifts, 4 days per week (Saturday: 12:30pm-11pm Eastern time, Sunday: 9am-7:30pm Eastern time, Monday: 10-hour shift between 9:30am-8pm Eastern time, Tuesday: 10-hour shift between 9:30am-8pm Eastern time)

  • Competitive hourly rate of $18.00 per hour, with a $1.00 per hour increase after 60-day provisional period
  • 2 weeks paid time off per year + 1 week sick time

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment

  • Knowledge of the Lighting Industry or related field
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
