Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing product information, and resolving customer inquiries in a fast-paced, collaborative call center environment. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment
* Communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat

* Becoming a product and solutions expert to provide accurate and confident product information
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
* High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
* Prior customer service experience (training provided for the right candidate)
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
Work Environment
Our Texas Branch is located at 2600 Rental Car Drive, DFW Airport, TX 75261. Our training shift is Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5 PM, and our regular shift is Monday - Friday, 12:30 PM - 9 PM. We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development.
