Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative on our Behavioral Health team, you will be responsible for:

  • Engaging with members to understand their health needs and providing personalized support
  • Reviewing member claim history for accuracy and resolving any discrepancies
  • Explaining member rights and responsibilities, ensuring they are informed and empowered
  • Building trusting relationships with members, fostering a positive and supportive experience
  • Performing financial data maintenance, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-3 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
  • Preferred: Previous experience in behavioral health, medical, or insurance industry
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications

Schedule

As a remote Customer Service Representative, you will work Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM EST. This flexible schedule allows you to work from the comfort of your own home and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
