Executive Personal Assistant (Hybrid Personal & Administrative Support)

Seeking a reliable and highly organized Executive Personal Assistant for long-term remote support. The role involves a mix of executive assistant, personal assistant, and administrative coordination responsibilities. I am looking for someone who is professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information. Responsibilities may include: Calendar and appointment management Email drafting and correspondence Organizing documents, records, and files Task tracking and follow-up coordination Research and information gathering Travel and scheduling coordination Medical and administrative appointment logistics Taking detailed notes during meetings/appointments Helping create organized systems and workflows General administrative and personal assistant support Ideal candidates should have: Strong written English communication skills Excellent organization and attention to detail Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively Professionalism, discretion, and reliability Experience supporting U.S.-based clients preferred This is expected to be a long-term role with flexible hours and evolving responsibilities over time. Strong communication, consistency, and trustworthiness are very important.
